Sounds good: There's nothing magic about this, but it you eat it INSTEAD OF something loaded with calories that you're going to overeat, you'll lose. Keep up the hard-core exercising as well, eat prudently with sensible food choices and only to satisfy hunger, and you'll be donig yourself a huge favor.

Sounds great.: Variety is always best, but as an individual item, the meal you mentioned sounds great - lean protein, fiber in the berries, even probiotics in the yogurt. Good choice. Keep that thought process going through all your meals and you'll lose weight.
