The bilateral pleural thickening and bronchiectasis is likely related to previous TB and infection. The larger single calcified nodule may be further assessed in relation to risk factors and other details. Discuss whether a PET scan is indicated with your physician. Otherwise a repeat CT is recommended in three months.
