Ct-no masses, nodules, effusion or infiltrate. evaluation of the lungs reveals mild nonspecific dependent changes posteriorly in the lower lobes with mild interlobular changes not excluded. what does that indicate? does that mean pleural thickening?

No, that is not how pleural thickening is described. Those questionable change involves the pulmonary parenchyma at the lung bases and it's difficult to interpret its significance because we do not have your medical history. You should discuss with the doctor who ordered the scan. Take care!
