Not really: The fact that you are having diarrhea is more concerning than the color. A concerning color would be red, signifying bleeding.

No: Normal color of adult stool is brownish unless one: your diet contains a great deal of green vegetable matter or two: your diet contains a great deal of fat and that triggered bile which is dumped into your intestine to emulsify the fat and the color of bile is dark green.
