Cholestasis: Eventhough you have no galbladder you could still form stones in th bile ducts and give you symptoms ( it is rare ) or cholangitis. It may aslo be unrelated to biliary system and due to pancreas or stomach. Go to see your dr.

See doctors timely..: Clinically, bowel obstruction has to be considered in light of no gallbladder. Meanwhile, watch what you eat and id you have systemic symptoms such as general weakness, fever or chill, .... Of course, it's good ideas to see professionals timely. Best wishes...
