My 1 yr old has had diarrhea for 2 weeks. she eats everything and drinks alot. she did have the stomach bug 3 weeks ago. she acts normal. what's wrong?

See a pediatrician: This is not normal. Don't know the full history or whether she was treated with antibiotics but several different possible diagnoses come to mind. Please have her seen by the pediatrician. Children of this age can become very ill very quickly. Hope she is better soon.
