The proximal part of my 4th mt of left foot had a fracture 4 months ago. today i fell down and got hurt at same spot. can there be a fracture again ?

Possibly: It is certainly possible. If the pain is fairly mild, you might just rest it and see how it does over the next 2-3 days. If the oain is severe or persists, I would probably be seen for an exam and X-ray.
