I have been told i have a proximal toe fracture in my 4th toe. it is tapped to next toe but it is so painful i can't walk! what can i use for support?

Shoe insert: Look for a carbon fiber shoe insole. They can be found online or you can get one through your doctor. These make the sole of your shoe rigid and helps with the pain until the fracture heals.

Postop sandal: Typically toe fractures can be treated with 'buddy taping' and a special sandal until the swelling and pain allow return to close toed shoes. Anti-inflammatories or Acetaminophen can be used for pain if needed.
