Noticing red spots that almost look like bug bites on inside of my left ankle, same ankle i fractured a few years back. how do i get them to go away?

Bites: It just may be bites. It's summer in south carolina. Consider mosquito, beetle, bed bug, scabies, chiggers, ticks. Spanish moss in south carolina harbors chiggers. Unlikely coming from old fracture.

Red spots: Question... Did you have surgery on your fractured ankle? If so, it can be a latent infection either way, please seek an orthopedic consult.
