Dental Abscess: Good day;
Without examining area and having proper xray, I can't make accurate diagnosis! You would be a good subject for virtual consultation! May be a periodontal(gum) issue or endodontic(nerve in tooth). Suggest a visit to your dentist ASAP.

Fistula, See DDS: Fistula is a sign that there is an infection and your body is draining it out. Unlike some other types of infection, a dental chronic abscess will not get better on its own. See your dentist for diagnosis, x-ray and treatment.
