I have a small white pimple near the bottom of my gum on my lower teeth. only one. and near the top of the gum by the tooth theres a small little hole?

Dental Abscess: Good day; Without examining area and having proper xray, I can't make accurate diagnosis! You would be a good subject for virtual consultation! May be a periodontal(gum) issue or endodontic(nerve in tooth). Suggest a visit to your dentist ASAP.
