I have a small white centred pimple on my gum of upper teeth.pimple is very small visible nd on gum located few distance away from teeth. it pains little when touched .is it abscess? will it be harmful?

This is a canker sore from too much acid in your system or from anxiety and stress. Go to pharmacy for OTC gel to apply to pimple. It will go away on own in 4-5 days. You could rinse with hydrogen peroxide and water.

Without an examination and radiograph it is difficult to diagnose your issue. It might be a fistula, which is a draining abscess. Your best bet is to have a dentist take a look.
