Sinus tract stoma: This is the most common diagnosis for a pimple on the gum. It forms at the termination of a fistula, which emanates from an abscess at the end of a root of a tooth with a dead or infected pulp. Treatment is a root canal on the offending tooth. Extraction is also an option. There can be other causes so get evaluated by an endodontist!
