My daughter (5) has ringworm on her legs. tried lotramin, didn't work. now on griesofulvin, but it now looks worse than ever. what's going on?

Could be ecthyma: This rash could be ecthyma. This is a type of low-grade impetigo. This usually is treated with Bactroban (mupirocin) ointment or also taking cephalexin. If there are any lesions around the nostrils are other areas this would make this more likely. Probably you should see your pediatrician

Perhaps not ringworm: Several rashes look similar to one another. The lotrimin (clotrimazole) cream usually takes about 2 months to work and the griseofulvin may take a week or so. I would contact your doctor to be seen again - they could either start another medicine like fluconazole OR maybe reconsider the diagnosis of ringworm. To diagnose you can scrape off flakes of skin but might be too late. Picture provided
