Yes/patience: You can continue your normal activities with ringworm. It is hard to spread without direct contact with the site. Cover it if you wish but it is hard to transfer casually. Lotrimin is an effective ringworm treatment if your issue is truly ringworm. It usually takes 2 wks for people to see much change. There are skin conditions which mimic ringworm's appearance.
