Trace: Most often trace amounts of fluid in various parts of the body are insignificant, but I don't know in what part of the body the cul du sac your referring to is located. Nevertheless the finding sounds trivial, but your physician can ask the radiologist who interpreted the study if there is any need for concern or for followup.
