If the endometrial thickness is "2.5 mm" and not 2.5 cm, it is normal for an early pregnancy. Negative ultrasound with respect to yolk sac and fetus is assumed by comment "negative U/S", but complex cyst in right ovary may require biopsy, however this may be postponed until pregnancy is completed, based on the decision recommended by your OB provider.
