I just had an ultrasound done (iud placement) and it said i had free fluid in the cul-de-sac, uneven walls. cyst on both ovaries and debris?? what does this mean?

If the IUD was in the appropriate place, the "free fluid" may be related to the rupture of an ovarian cyst, leaving some "debris" which was shown on the U/S.
