In menopause: the uterine lining and fibroids should be inactive. These findings could represent post menopausal estrogen production/stimulation, from conversion of androgens to estriol, by peripheral aromatase conversion. Discuss with your doctor, as medications and/or endometrial sampling may be appropriate.
