See a cardiologist: having done a static ECG once does not rule out the possibility of a cardiac a etiology. Especially as you are of south Asian descent, you need to see a cardiologist and be re-evaluated thoroughly: blood work, repeat ECG and depending on how u r feeling a stress-echo at the very minimum
