I have like white spots on my tonsils and it feels swollen, but it doesn't hurt.. should i be worried?

Tonsils: There are a couple of things that occur frequently on the tonsils or in the tonsils. The first is tonsil stones. These are usually firm and white and essentially are debris within the normal crypts of the tonsils. Another common problem is a mucocele. These don't hurt, either, but are usually yellow in color. Best to get your PCP or an ENT to look at them for you.
