white spots on tonsils, doesn't hurt, no bad breath, negative for strep and mono. swollen neck glands, been treated multiple ways but never went away.

Candidiasis ?: White spots coating anywhere in the mouth, including tonsils, is a typical symptom of oral candidiasis or oral thrush. If it’s oral thrush, white spots on tonsils are due to a fungal infection. Rec.: see ENT for definitive diagnosis and treatment.
