Mycoplasma infection: With history of tonsillar swelling, loss of voice and now a worsening cough, it would be wise to visit your doctor. While this could be a viral infection, your symptoms are bothersome for a possible Mycoplasma infection. Additionally, it would not be improbable for this to be strep throat complicated by bronchitis--also something not to be taken lightly. Call your doctor for an appointment today.

White spots: I would go to an urgent care center and get checked for strept, mono, etc. A quick visit. Plus they can listen to your lungs.
