Strep throat: Strep throat is the most likely possibility. Regardless of cause this is something that definitely needs to be evaluated by your medical doctor. Do not put this off, please see them asap.

White spots on tonsils, doesn't hurt, no bad breath, negative for strep and mono. Swollen neck glands, been treated multiple ways but never went away.
