Acute tonsillitis : Sounds like an acute bacterial infection of tonsils with enlarged lymph nodes in the neck. You should see a doctor and get a rapid strep test, regular throat culture, and maybe a mono test too. You likely will require antibiotic therapy, and possibly pain medication.

Folliculitis: This is probably a small skin infection that started as folliculitis. I would not remove this lesion but would prefer a topical antibiotic and a warm compress several times per day. I would continue this for 3-5 days; these lesions typically dry up on their own but can leave a bruise on the skin for several months.

Abscess, pustule: A pustule is a small swelling/elevation of skin that contains pus and cellular debris. An abscess is a collection of pus, either close to the skin, with overlying redness and warmth, or abscess collections may also form deep in tissues, internal organs and body cavities.

Insect bite: This has the characteristics of a target lesion which may mean lymes disease. Im not sure what part of the country you live in or what you were bitten by, but you need to be seen to have this evaluated and possibly be put on antibiotics.
