Check with your Dr.: You should consider having this evaluated. Could be a sign of candidiasis or some other disorder. You may have to have your throat swabbed and checked to rule out some types of bacterial infection. Don't hesitate. Go while you still have the problem. Don't wait for it to potentially come back.

See berlow: Yellow mucus is a sign of infection mucus should be clear the bad breath can either from infections in your mouth or from your stomach. If you are not feeling any discomfort in your mouth i would think this is coming from your stomach since your mucus is yellow you have something going on that throughout your body.See your physician.
