How can i relieve abdominal/pelvic discomfort after pelvic palpations (well patient exam)? i'm 18. hurts so much.

Normal variation: Some discomfort after pelvic examination is common, depending on the technique of exam used and how extensive it was, use of any instruments etc. They usually obtain cultures to rule out any infection and suggest medication for any abnormal finding. Pl make sure to follow up for these . Take OTC pain pills and sit in a hot tub couple of times daily. Feel better:)
