Abdominal pain: Appendicitis is the commonest cause of right lower abdominal discomfort and tenderness usually,but not always, is present. Right ovarian pathology is another possibility. Since your discomfort is persistent,I recommend that you be evaluated by a physician for appendicitis as soon as possible.
