Need more info: Ectopic beats of the heart are usually caused by abnormal cardiac electrical rhythms and not the CNS as the heart has its own internal pacers. Did you have an EEG that showed abnormal brain electricity? There is no clear association between abnormal brain electricity and ectopic cardiac beats. You should be evaluated by a cardiologist with an EKG.
