Is their any chance an apparent clival lipoma on mri is actually an ectopic pituitary adenoma? i have years of cushing's disease symptoms. recently went to neurologist for headache 6+months. found clival lipoma?

Highly unlikely that this lipoma is causing any endocrinological effects, but your neurologist should be able to explain the relationship with your symptoms, if any. Discuss all of this and perhaps involve your endocrinologist.
