Some thots: Do not have info regarding the "abnormal" findings, but not unique to have spots in white matter secondary to prior head injury or migraine, and some medications can cause these. In older pts, the spots may be due to hardening of the arteries. The MRI findings need to correlate with your clinical problems, not just an isolated radiological finding.
