Need x-ray to tell: if broken or not, but if clinically your nose looks straight, you are able to breathe comfortably though each nostril, and are able to move the soft, fleshy part of your nose without significant increase in pain, then most likely it is not broken. A non-displaced fracture of the nasal bones will heal fine without treatment as long as there is not a new injury. Pain will last several days.
