May need Xray & exam: The more important thing is that you are checked for injuries such as an orbital fracture and for a septal hematoma. A nasal bone fracture is probably not itself very important. But fractures of the orbit can cause problems with eye movement, and septal hematomas can lead to a septal perforation which may cause a persistent sensation of nasal congestion.
