I fell& hit my head. i had a goose egg which now has went down but my left side of forehead&right before bottom of eye swollen/bruise. no side effects?

Gravity: The goose egg was a hematoma. A hematoma is bleeding under the skin that clots and forms a mass. The body then breaks up this clot and some of it "leaks" and appears to spread to a different area. In most cases, the spreading is below the original injury which is simply due to gravity.
