Need exam and labs: to determine the cause. Problems with easy bruising and bleeding could be related to low or abnormal platelets in the blood, which can be found in several conditions, or could be related to abnormal clotting proteins in the blood, such as VonWillebrands or hemophilia. Especially with fatigue, you may also be anemic or have a low red cell count. It is time to get an exam by your doctor.
