Bruised nose: Bruise around the nose may be due to blood accumulating under the skin. Normally it would take 7 to 10 days to clear. If there are any other symptom x-ray of the nose and like doctor consult is necessary

Broken nose: is a possibility and also at her age and with the bleeding under the skin an internal brain bleed is possible. I would get her checked.
