Actions Diet: Weight loss or gain depends on how much you eat and how much you burn (exercise). I recommend you get the Loseit or similar app for you phone and chart calories in and out for 2 weeks and then see if you need to add or subtract calories or exercise to get weight where you want it. Simple in concept difficult in execution. Good luck.
