None: The prescription drugs only work while you're taking them and all have potential side effects. The OTC ones and supplements don't do any good and the only weight loss you'll experience is in your wallet. Don't get your medical information from friends, tv or internet scams.

Diet pills have cons: Eat healthfully. Try to eat at least 5 servings of vegetables & 4 of fruit per day. Increase nutritional fiber. Avoid refined sugar & junk carbohydrates. Avoid alcohol, sweetened juices, soda & caffeinated beverages. Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs of sleep / night. Hydrate w at least 64 oz of water / day. Calories burned must > calories consumed. Do both cardio & weight training.

Not recommended to: to use diet pills. Rather life style changes with balanced diet,moderation of portions and daily exercise.
