Obstruction: It sounds like you need to visit a Urologist. You may have an obstruction in your bladder or urethra, or even a kidney stone. It is important to have this problem taken care of in a timely fashion. Pressure on the bladder can also be caused by pregnancy and a host of other causes. I would advise taking a pregnancy test and visiting your OB/GYN to get a checkup and a referral to a Urologist.
