Feeling something stuck in urethra without blockage of urine flow suggests urethritis, which is inflammation of urethra with or without infection. Urinalysis, & swab, if necessary, with culture will provide answer. You are quite young to have ED, so problem may well due to anxiety. These would all be worth looking into as concerns obviously appear to be interfering with your life.
