Was traveling about 1 month ago. as i went into the airport restroom, i noticed drop of blood (not mine) on my shoes. grabbed a wet wipe, wiped it off and threw it away. i washed my hands even though it didnt touch my skin. could i possibly get hiv?

No, it's highly unlikely that you would contract HIV from that type of exposure, since you did not even touch the blood.
