It's called: Willpower, and it's something you can learn to do. Don't be a slave to your body and your prior unhealthy habits. There's no way to lose weight without your body making you hungry, but it doesn't hurt you physically or medically, in fact, it's just the opposite -- you get healthier and it gets easier. Learn to eat properly for the rest of your life. It will take a long time to lose 60 pounds.
