In my last ekg it stated that there was a "probable anterior infarction". i didn't notice it until going through my records. is that a heart attack?

Heart Attack: Possible. There are a lot of false positives on EKG. The only way to truly tell is to see a cardiologist and he can do some additional tests to verify or not.
