Different pain: Mechanism of action of Nucynta: a mu-opioid receptor (MOR) agonist and a norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (NRI). Analgesia in animal models is derived from both of these properties.Tapentadol exerts its analgesic effects without a pharmacologically active metabolite. It is different than opioid pain medicine.

WHAT'S BEING TREATED: if you are looking for euphoria, then you are already in trouble. Young men your age are at the greatest risk of developing opioid dependency, especially if they already use tobacco products. Opioid overdose has become the most common cause of death in people your age, overtaking motor vehicle accidents in the last decade. Those doses are essentially equivalent for pain.
