Wrong treatment: You are describing typical side eglffects from nucynta (tapentadol). You should talk to your doctor about your symptoms and changing your medication. You did not mention your diagnosis. It is rare for strong pain medications to be a good treatment for joint pain. If your problem is arthritis you may wnt to consider seeing a rheumatologist.
