Lower caloric intake: I agree with dr rubin. The avg person can't lose significant amounts of weight with exercise alone (which is great for your health!)...But caloric intake has the biggest impact. If getting rich = losing weight, spending less/coupon clipping = exercise, while big raise = lower caloric intake.
