Bekind to your knees: This is very commendable that you work out regularly at 51 years of age. It is important that your protect your knees and be kind to them. By using an elliptical, you will get a whole body workout, without putting increased impact on your knees. High impact activities, as with a treadmill, is not good for your knees especially if you are working out daily.
