Don't eat it: If you know it is unhealthy, you can make the conscious choice to not eat it in the first place. If you ate it yesterday, then you should drink lots of water today, exercised regularly and eat a normal, healthy diet today and for the rest of your life. If you eat unhealthy food regularly (why?), stop it. If you do it once in a great while, probably no health issues will result.
