Hello i useally eat a lot of spicey food and after a nite out the next day my stomach does be very sore /bloated feeling /cramps and stomach very sore?

Most likely...: It sounds like your stomach has been irritated by the type of food you had, or what is called gastritis. If you have the facility get antacids and try to eat low fat food and avoid also sauces, spicy, caffeine, fried foods.If you get worse and develop significant abdominal pain go to your nearest emergency department for evaluation.

Stop spicy food: Spicy food does not seem to agree with you. So STOP IT. You can try homeopathic nux vomica when you feel that way BUT it is better to stop the source of the problem rather than take something just to deal with the symptoms.
