Get the app Cronometer and use it to track your sodium salt intake. One can survive on 250 mg a day. About the amount of salt in a McDonald's small fries. My guess is you are eating 10 x this but check it out. No risk of hyponatremia if other things working well. Drink when thirsty should be the rule. Peeing is because you are drinking more than the body needs that day. DASH diet best. Discuss.

Drinking large amounts of fluid causes the kidneys to eliminate more & more from the blood as it flows through. Hyponatremia is dangerous, but hard to verify without a blood test. You may just be chasing you elimination as a natural outcome of drinking in excess. Get the test or just gradually slow your intake over 2 weeks. If you can't you must get checked.

Your description suggests obsessive compulsive behaviour. It would be prudent to consult a doctor and specifically address this aspect. 8+ litres is too much water to drink. Wish you good health!
