?: Unlikely that the bowel surgery you had when you were an infant is related to the current symptoms, happening a while after meals could be reflux , duodenal ulcer, or a remote possibility of being pancreatitis , as it radiates to the back,. At any rate, you can try OTC PPI like omeprazole till you see your doctor,
